Bill Dover, Chairman
Bill Dover is a seasoned foodservice operator with over 30 years of operations experience. He held senior leadership positions at General Mills Restaurants (Red Lobster/Olive Garden), Cara Operations, and Fat Albert’s. Bill opened his
consulting practice in 1992. Bill is a Past Chairman of the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association and Past Chairman of the Canadian Hospitality Foundation. He is also a Past International Director of the National Restaurant Association in the United States.

Geoff Wilson, President
Geoff Wilson has 13 years of operations and marketing experience in the Canadian foodservice industry. He led the foodservice consulting practices at PriceWaterhouse and KPMG before starting his own practice in 1999. Geoff has been providing strategic business advisory services to clients throughout the entire foodservice supply chain since 1989. His specialties include attractions, institutions, chain operators and supply chain.

Jeff Dover, Vice President
Jeff Dover has been consulting to the Hospitality and Tourism industry for over ten years. Before joining fsSTRATEGY in 2009, Jeff worked as a director at HLT Advisory Ltd.; a director at KPMG’s National Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism practice; and as a consultant at PKF Consulting. Prior to his consulting career, Jeff held positions in the hotel, attractions and food service sectors including Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Interval International, Walt Disney World, Canada’s Wonderland and Commonwealth Hospitality Limited.

Andrew Waddington, Vice President
Andrew is a multi-talented consultant with strengths in culinary, facilities design and research. Andrew undertook his culinary apprenticeship through George Brown College and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Andrew held culinary roles at several high-end restaurants, hotels, and private caterers in Canada and the United States, including periods in Texas, New York, and California. He was also a design associate with Cini-Little International, Inc. in California.

John Zemiar, Associate
John Zemiar possesses a hands-on knowledge of the food and beverage industry with over forty years experience. He has intimate knowledge of the issues involved in the licensing of establishments for the service of beverage alcohol. Prior to working as an inspector for the Liquor License Board of Ontario (now the Alcohol and Gaming Commission), John held regional and district management positions with Canterbury Foods Ltd. (Crock 'N Block Restaurants, and Guadalaharry's Mexican Restaurant) as well as Regional Director Status for Consul Corporation (Chi-Chi's Mexican Restaurants).

Richard Carter, Associate
Richard Carter is a professional consultant with diverse experience as a manager/executive, facilitator/trainer and academic. He has held a range of senior positions including General Manager Operations (Robs Restaurants, H.J. Heinz Australia) and General Manager Marketing (Vox Retail Group, Australia). Richard started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse before setting up his own professional practice in 1991. He has served on the National Executive of the Australian Customer Service Association and Restaurant and Catering Association (Victoria).

Karyn Johnson, Associate
Karyn Johnson offers over two decades of hospitality industry experience, including corporate and operations work at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a wine education background, and behind-the-scenes Food Network program experience. Among other accolades, she graduated first in her class for both degrees from The Culinary Institute of America. Karyn specializes in foodservice and hospitality research, corporate training, operation reviews, food safety and recipe development.

Jocelyne Cossar, Associate
Jocelyne is a bilingual strategic and tactical human resources support specialist. Jocelyn holds a CHRP designation in both Ontario and Quebec, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto. Her domestic and international HR experience brings great value to fsSTRATEGY's clients.
