100 company is classified by sector (e.g., casual dining, family dining,
limited service, accommodation, contract catering) and, where applicable,
by concept (e.g., burger, chicken, coffee bakery, pizza, etc.). Our
analysis evaluates sales, unit and sales per unit growth trends by company,
sector and concept.
