Conflict of Interest.

It is our policy that we monitor our existing and potential business relationships to ensure that there is no conflict of interest. This duty is taken seriously. We immediately inform our clients of any existing or potential business relationship that night interfere with our ability to provide high-quality, objective services to the client.

Confidentiality.

Protecting the confidential information shared with us by clients is a core value of our practice. Any information, written or otherwise, provided by clients to us is kept confidential and is used only by us in order to meet the requirements of the client's project. Of course, this does not apply to information that is already in the public domain at the time or information that entered into the public domain through no fault of ours. All information provided to us by clients remains the client's property and is returned on request along with all copies at the end of a project. In return, any information, written or otherwise, provided by us to our clients is confidential and is intended their exclusive use. It may not be shared with a third party or reproduced without our prior written permission in each specific case.

Records Retention.

All client records are maintained in a secure fashion. Project files are retained for the minimum statutory records retention period.
