fsSTRATEGY Inc. is an alliance of senior consultants focusing on business strategy support-research, analysis, design and implementation-for the foodservice industry. Our team has extensive consulting experience in foodservice across Canada. We also offer international experience, having worked in the United States, Australia, South America, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Europe.

Our team is unique in that we provide service to all foodservice sectors (chain and independent restaurants, attractions, hotels and resorts, gaming establishments and institutions) and all levels of the foodservice supply chain (growers, processors, distributors and operators).

fsSTRATEGY Inc. was founded by Bill Dover and Geoff Wilson. The team includes Jeff Dover and Andrew Waddington. In addition to the four principals, fsSTRATEGY has a number of sub-consultants with a variety of skill sets and expertise that work with us as determined by the client’s needs. In this manner, clients have the benefit of our ability to assemble the right consulting team suited to their needs with minimal overhead.

fsSTRATEGY Credentials

Restaurant/Foodservice Industry Specialists: fsSTRATEGY only consults in the restaurant/foodservice industry. We are specialists in the foodservice industry – not generalists.

Industry Experience: All of our team members have extensive operations and marketing experience in the restaurant/foodservice industry in their careers. The two principals, Bill Dover and Geoff Wilson, have over 40 years of combined work experience in the industry.

Consulting Experience: Our group’s four principals have over 40 years of consulting experience in the restaurant/foodservice industry as well as an additional ten years of consulting experience in other sectors of the hospitality, tourism and leisure sectors.

International Society of Hospitality Consultants: Bill Dover, Geoff Wilson and Andrew Waddington are members of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants. This Society links our team with a worldwide network of consultants that can be used to support our projects with a wide variety of first-class expertise. Canadian Association of Management Consultants: Bill Dover, Geoff Wilson and Jeff Dover hold the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and as members of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants are also held to strict code of ethics. Other Industry Affiliations: The two principals of fsSTRATEGY are active members of a variety of restaurant and hospitality associations where we have direct contact with key operators in the industry.
